Horizon Ocean Management, Ltd. ("HOM") is an offshore wind power generation facility inspection and maintenance business company established by Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and Hokutaku Co., Ltd., the largest wind turbine maintenance business in Japan.

HOM utilizes the wind power generation equipment maintenance know-how cultivated by Hokutaku and the Mitsui Group and Mitsui's domestic customer base to provide domestic offshore wind power generation companies with equipment inspection and maintenance from wind turbines to basic structural parts. We provide comprehensive services. In addition, we aim to contribute to the formation and enhancement of a competitive and strong offshore wind power domestic supply chain through a wide range of business development such as quality control and inspection agency services in the procurement of materials and equipment for wind power generation facilities.
